Terms and conditions

You must read these Terms & Conditions to make sure that there is nothing that you are not happy with.

Figures are calculated to include work set out as stated within this estimate.
The total is subject to change if extra/unforeseen work is undertaken.
All prices are valid for 5 working days from the date shown on the estimate.
All building/project materials remain our property until the bill is paid in full. We reserve the write to reclaim any of our materials which are not paid for in full. The client is fully liable for ensuring that any materials used on site to complete the job are not damaged or altered in any way until such time as the bill is paid in full.
Completion of all work is weather dependent.
Please ensure all dog poo is removed from site before the job commences, if not an additional cost of £50.00 will be added to the final invoice total upon completion of the job in question.
Some jobs will require a deposit before work can commence, by agreeing via email or message to the estimate you agree to the deposit being paid upfront, if required.
IMPORTANT: By agreeing to the estimate, by email or other form, you will be set in a contract with the company. Once a date for work to commence has been booked in you have a 5 working day cooling off period. If you wish to cancel the booking you must inform us in writing at least 7 days before the job is due to commence otherwise a late cancellation fee will apply. The fee applied will be 10% of the full original job estimate and will be due for full payment within 7 days of the late job cancellation date.
